On a computer, log into your Portal.
1. Click the name of the service.
2. Order buttons display in top right corner.
Note: The service will have to be in a Completed state to order a DVD or USB. If not Completed, upload your recording.
DVD Button: Director orders for the family.
Link Button: Email the family a purchase link.
Your Funeral Home logo is printed on the DVD.

Open service > choose the event to download > Click Download Button located under the video player to begin MP4 download.
