1. "We are unable to log in."

Check the top right corner of your device for wifi or internet connection.

You must be connected to a network to login.

If you need to change your password. Go to your Portal and click "Don't Remember Your Password? A reset link will be emailed to you.

If you're at a service, please call 701-491-9800.

2. "What is a private stream and how does it work?"

Use the private option when the family of the bereaved ask for the stream to viewable to family and friends. Use this option if you will not be putting it in the obituary.

Be sure to select Private when making your service. Use the Copy Private Link button to email the link to the family. They can use the link to watch and share the service with whomever they'd like.

3. The message "Stream Starting Soon, this usually takes a minute" is staying up on my screen for longer than I expected.

Wait at least two minutes after the start of the stream. If the message persists, you may be on a weak connection and should switch to recording.

Do not restart the service if this happens. Your cloud engine will reset and the connection may take longer.
