Short Advice
The MemoryShare App is only available for Apple devices. (iPad, iPhone)
We highly recommend a dedicated iPad or iPhone for streaming. The device should have a minimum of 64GB of storage.
Cellular Data or Wifi is required to live stream. Cellular Data required for Graveside services.
If you're purchasing a dedicated streaming device, get the latest iPad or iPhone model.
Long Advice
🍎 To Use the Memory Share App, we require Apple iOS devices. Apple devices must be able to receive regular software updates. We recommend the latest hardware for the highest production value.
🎬 We recommend a dedicated Apple device for streaming. You want a device all your employees can use and one with ample storage for services and streaming.
💻 We recommend Apple devices with a minimum of 64GB of storage. Video files are large. A 64GB iPad can store 6-8 services before you need to make more space to record. A device with larger storage capacity is best for streaming.

We do not recommend the : iPhone XS, XS Max, XR (2018) iPhone X, 8 and 8 Plus (2017) for streaming devices as there is a unresolved audio issue.
⚠ A device with a data connection is highly recommended for graveside and outdoor streaming. Hotspots can be extremely unreliable. If you purchase a Hotspot, be sure it has a minimum of 3.0mbps upload speed.
