We generally recommend listing the service name as "Name & Name Service" and filling the other information with whatever information is most relevant

Ensure you uncheck "Include Intro Video" as the information displayed in the intro with invariably be incorrect.

​Does the time I list for my service change anything?

Yes, but it will not keep you from streaming

The time that you list on your service is what displays in the embed box before you stream, and the time that our attendants think your service will begin. If you do not put in the correct service time, it may confuse your bereaved, and our help staff will be less able to foresee a need for troubleshooting.

You must press the "This service will be livestreamed" option on the site.

Return to that particular service listing, check the box and press "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

It depends!

If you are doing a chapel service and then a graveside, it is generally recommended to pause. However, if the two services are on entirely different days then we recommend that it is separated into two different service listings and then post them separately.
