When you first sign on with MemoryShare you will receive an email from Support@MemoryShare.com to verify your account.
Click the link in the email to set your password. Your Username will be your email address.
Use these credentials to log into both the Web Portal and the App.

Log In
1. Click "Create New Service."
Located in the top right corner of your Services screen.

2. Fill in the Service Details.
Click Save when finished.
This information can be changed later, but it is important to have it correct. Any time you make a change, click Save or Update.
"Test Service" will mark your service as a test and will not notify MemoryShare staff of its streaming for the sake of billing and support.
"Private Service" will change your embed code to a private viewing link URL. Copy and share with the individuals who are allowed to watch the stream.
3. Create Event(s)
Enter Event details for your Service.

Note: for each Service you need to make an Event. (Visitation, Funeral, Graveside, Military Honors, etc.) These are default properties. You can title your event whatever you'd like.
This allows you to have all your "events" in one video player on your obituary.
By default, there are three events available, but they can be deleted, and any other kind of event can be added in their place.
Click "Live" for Events that will be Livestreamed.
Clicking "Intro Video" will create a short pre-roll lead into your videos that helps create a more pleasant viewing experience for your customers.
4. Embed Your Service
Copy your Embed Code by clicking on the button labeled "Copy Embed Code"

You must embed your Livestream Embed Code in your obituary in order to display your livestream. Be sure to embed your code before the day of the service.
