Connection Problems

If you see the error pictured above you can double check your connection, or wait a minute.

MemoryShare's cloud servers take 30 seconds to 4 minutes to start. During this starting time, if you try to stream with the Mevo you will see the error pictured above. To resolve just wait a few seconds or minutes, then press the record button again. If the engine is on, the error will go away and you will be streaming.

Timeouts

You may also see this error if the server has timed out. If you started the stream, and didn't go live for 20 minutes the server will timeout. To fix this, go back to the MemoryShare app and tap "Pause Stream", then tap again "Start Stream". This will reset the cloud engine and you will be able to stream the service.
