What is Passare?

Passare is a case management software, which helps your funeral home stay organized.

How to setup the integration

2 pieces of information are needed to configure the Passare integration

  • Default User

  • API Key

Default User

A default user is who MemoryShare reaches out to if a user is not set for the event. You can configure your default user on the Settings Page.

API Key

For MemoryShare and Passare to talk to each other we need a private key, to keep your data secure. This key is called an "API Key", Passare will generate this key and send it to our support system.

Request an API Key

Clicking on the Passare tab will open a dialogue box, where you can either paste in your API key. Or request one from Passare. If you don't already have an API key, click "Request API Key"

This will open up a Passare form pre-populated with all of your funeral home information.

After this your work is done!

After submitting the form Passare will send us an API key. This process can take a few days. Once we have the API key from Passare we will send you a confirmation email. You can also check the status of your integration by visiting the integrations page.

Sync

Once the integration is complete, any case you create in Passare will automatically be imported into MemoryShare.

All public events added to the case's Funeral options page will be synced to your MemoryShare portal automatically. Any case notated with a Passare logo indicates case synced from Passare.

๐Ÿ’ก FYI: If MemoryShare shows a case with Incomplete services, that means you need to enter an event into the Passare case or add it manually to MemoryShare.

Save hours of time, reduce redundancies, and keep your data in one place!
