Families are often curious about who joined their loved ones funeral and where they watched from. You can share this information with the family in a respectful way, by using the Certificate of Viewership feature.

The Certificate of Viewership is a PDF document that shows where viewers joined from. This is a family branded version of MemoryShare's analytics. We send this PDF 3 days after the service to the funeral director who streamed the service. We encourage you to print out this PDF and present it to the family.

You can also email the certificate directly to the family in your analytics page. Click on the "Share Certificate" icon on the top right, and enter the family's email address.

The family will then receive an email with a PDF attachment. Below is a copy of what the family receives.
